Do the following simple steps.
Open Your Visual Studio by typing 'Start' --> 'Run' --> 'DEVENV' then,
1. Click Tools
2. Select Options.
3. Expand Environment.
4. Click Startup.
5. Choose Show Empty Environment in the dropdown for At startup.
6. Disable the Download Content Every checkbox
7. Click OK. as shown in the below screen shot.
